Chili and Pasta Casserole

Ingredients
- 8 ounces ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 can (15 oz) chili with beans
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 8 ounces elbow macaroni, cooked 5 minutes, drained
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons drained chopped green chilies (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In large skillet, stirring frequently, brown beef and onion over medium-high heat. Add chili, tomato sauce and oregano. Cook, stirring, 1 minute. Add macaroni; toss to coat well. Spoon into greased 2-quart casserole. Stir together cheese, sour cream and chilies. Spread over macaroni mixture. Bake for 30 minutes or until heated through.
