- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Frosting:
- 1/3 cup soft butter
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- Pinch of salt
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 3/4 tsp vanilla
- 3-4 Tbsp milk or cream
