  • 2 cups all-purpose flour, plus a little extra for flouring your work surface
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 5 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cut into ¼-inch cubes
  • 1 1 peaches, peeled and cut into ½” dice (approximately 1 ½ peaches)
  • ¾ cup light cream
  • For the Glaze
  • 1 ½ cups confectioner’s sugar
  • 2-3 tablespoons light cream
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla

  • 8 tbsp. butter, cold
