- 1/2 cups Pumpkin Puree
- 1/4 cups Water
- FOR THE FILLING:
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 8 ounces, weight Mascarpone Cheese, Room Temperature
- 1/4 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1/2 cups Confectioners Sugar (sifted)
Salted Caramel Turtle Cookies

Make the Dough: Combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt in bowl
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup high-quality cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt, plus 1 tablespoon for sprinkling
- 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 large egg, separated, plus one egg white
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract1 1/4 cups pecans, chopped fine (alternative: buy pecan pieces)

- Southern Praline Cake:
- INGREDIENTS
- 2 sticks or 1 cup unsalted butter, soft
- 1 1/2 cups Dixie Crystals Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
- 1 cup Dixie Crystals Light Brown Sugar
- 4 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour (spoon and sweep method*)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- Buttercream Pecan Frosting:
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 cups Dixie Crystals Confectioners Powdered Sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream or milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 2 cups chopped pecans
- Using spoon fill measuring cup with flour until required amount is obtained. (Scooping measuring cup directly into flour bag will firmly pack flour resulting in too much flour required for recipe.)
Homemade Curry Powder Blend

You can always skip the chili powder and add in extra cayenne or another form of dried pepper
- 4 parts Coriander
- 2 parts Turmeric
- 2 parts Ground yellow mustard powder
- 2 parts Chili powder*
- 1 parts Cayenne powder
