Homemade Sweetened Condensed Milk

Place the dry milk, granulated sugar, 1/3 cup of the boiling water, and the melted butter in a blender
- 1 cup instant nonfat dry milk
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1/4 cup (2 oz) melted butter
Peanut Butter Chocolate Cupcakes

1. Preheat the oven to 350° F
- Filling:
- 1 c. powdered sugar sugar
- 3/4 c. creamy peanut butter
- 4 T. unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 t.. vanilla extract
- Cake:
- 1 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
- 3/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 t. baking soda
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 T. milk
- 1 t. vanilla extract
- 8 T. unsalted butter, softened
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 large eggs
- Frosting:
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 4 T. unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
- 3 1/2 c. powdered sugar sugar
- 1 c. frozen whipped topping, thawed
- Chocolate chips, for garnish

- 8 extra-large eggs, room temperature, separated
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cake flour (not self-rising)
- 2 teaspoons sifted baking powder
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar, plus more for work towel
- 1 quart strawberries, washed, dried, and hulls removed

Cashew Tarts Recipe

In a bowl mix sifted flour, icing sugar, salt, butter and egg until becomes dough and knead
- Crust:
- 140 g butter
- 1/2 of an egg
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 1 1/2 cups plain flour
- a pinch of salt
- Cashew Filling:
- 1 1/2 of an egg
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup maple syrup or corn syrup
- 1 tbsp. melted butter
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup finely chopped cashew nuts + extra for toppings
- 3 pcs. Graham crackers, crumbs (optional)
- Colored cellophane, (optional)
Sparkling Pomegranate Punch

In a punch bowl, dissolve the sugar in the pomegranate juice, stirring vigorously
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup pomegranate juice
- Two 750-milliliter bottles sparkling wine, chilled
- 3/4 cup late-harvest white wine, such as late-harvest Riesling, chilled
- 2 oranges, thinly sliced crosswise
- 1 cup diced fresh pineapple (1/2 inch)
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
- Ice cubes, for serving
Homemade Yogurt

1. Place four quart glass canning jars, four lids, and four screw-tops in a large pot
- 1 gallon of milk
- 1 cup yogurt starter(you can use a small cup of plain Dannon or Yoplait yogurt, or you can use a cup from your previous batch.)
Super Moist Fresh Apple Cake

This is one of those cakes that, well, the longer it sets, the better it gets
- glaze:
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 cups flour, sifted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup pecans or 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 4 Granny Smith apples, about 3 1/2 apples (1 shredded, the others chopped fine)
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk

- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Jar of Nutella(12 tablespoons per batch)
