This makes a delicious, mouth watering alternative to tacos that the whole family will enjoy
- Sous Vide
- 4-5 Pound Boneless Pork Shoulder (cut into 2 inch thick slabs)
- 1 Large Onion (roughly chopped)
- 10 Cloves Garlic
- 2 Cinnamon sticks (broken into 2 in pieces)

- 3-4 Tablespoons Kosher Salt

- 16 oz Sauerkraut (drained)
- 8 oz Cream Cheese (or up to 12 if you have extra)

French Onion Soup

A delicious and hearty belly warming soup, great for a snowy day
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 vertically sliced sweet onion
- 1 vertically sliced red onion
- 2 vertically sliced yellow onions
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 10 to 12 cups beef broth (if you like lots of bread, add more broth)
- 2 to 3 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 8 slices French bread, cut into cubes
- 8 slices Provolone

Easy Pork Loin with Gravy

- 3 ounds pork Loin (whole is fine)
- Grill Seasoning (preferably low salt)
- 1 can condensed cream of celery
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom
- 1 can condensed cream of potato
- Egg Noodles (or rice, or your starch of preference)

Crab, Garlic and Bacon stuffed Mushrooms

Simple stuffed shrooms. My 10 yr old actually asks for these quite often (and he's a picky eater)
- 12 whole fresh mushrooms (about 2 inches across)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 Scallions
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- + Sprinkle Parmesan on top
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper

If you like beef sandwiches, and who doesn't, you are going to love this adaption of a traditional beef dip
- 1 (3 to 4 pound) beef roast (Top or bottom Round are good; or something really marbled)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Kosher salt
- Ground black pepper
- 2 ounces dry onion soup mix (2-Packages)
- 2 cans (or 1 Box) beef broth
- 2 cups water
- 2 beef bullion cubes
- Bread and cheese
Crab and Artichoke Dip

This Dip can be served hot and bubbly right out of the oven on game day, or chilled for a summer picnic
- 1 Square casserole dish (8x8 or 9x9)
- 2 (13.75-ounce) cans Artichoke Hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
- 2 cups Mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese (reserve about 1/4 cup to sprinkle on top)
- 3 (6-ounce) cans lump crabmeat, drained
- 1 jar (4 oz.) diced pimientos, drained
- 3-4 slices cooked, then crumbled Bacon
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
