Swedish Meatballs

- 1 (10.75-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup (low sodium if possible)
- 2 cups water
- 2 beef bullion cubes or broth (low sodium if possible)
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 2 tablespoons A1 Steak Sauce
- 2 pounds meatballs, frozen
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 bag egg noodles
Porcini Risotto with Serrano Ham

1. In a large heatproof measuring cup, soak the porcini in the boiling water until softened, about 15 minutes
- 1 cup dried porcini mushrooms
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water
- 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 7 cups chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 large scallions, minced
- 3 slices of lean bacon, finely diced
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 cups arborio rice
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1/2 pound thinly sliced Serrano ham, cut into strips
- 2 tablespoons chopped flat-leaf parsley
Biscuit & Gravy Casserole

- 1 pound ground breakfast sausage

- 1 cup long grain rice

Amazing Chicken Marinade

This marinade really is pretty darn amazing
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Rosemary (dried is fine)
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1.5 pounds chicken breasts or tenders
