- 1 sun-dried tomato (about 2-ounces) packed in oil, drained and minced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon prepared Horseradish
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 2 dozen chicken wings
- 1/2 cup sifted flour
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

- 1 1/2 pounds fingerling potatoes (Yukon Gold preferably)
- 3 tablespoons butter

- 1 tablespoon thyme

Garlic Shrimp and Brie Margarita Style

This take on Garlic Shrimp is sure to please the Brie lover in you
- 1 Lb peeled and deveined raw shrimp (26-30 ct or larger) seasoned with salt and pepper
- 3 Tb butter (divided into 2 parts)
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 wheel of Brie (trim the rind off the edges only)
- 1 Diced Roma Tomato
- Shredded Basil (maybe a quarter cup?; I used 2 thumb size 'wads' of leaves)
- French Bread sliced. (toasting it is optional)
Dorito Chicken Tenders

Simple juicy chicken tenders with a Doritos crunch
- 6 to 10 chicken tenders
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise (enough to lightly coat chicken tenders)
- 3 small bags Doritos (any flavor or any chip) Or about 1/3 of a 'normal' bag
Bloody Mary Steaks

Wonderful and flavorful. If you like bloody marys, you will love these
- 2 Cups spicy tomato juice
- 1/4 Cup Pepper flavored Vodka (or plain)
- 2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 1 plus 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tablespoon freshly grated or prepared horseradish
- 1 Teaspoon Hot Sauce
- 1/2 Teaspoon Celery Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon freshly ground Pepper
- 1.5 to 2 1/2 Steak: Filet Mignons (1 1/2 inches thick) or New York Strips (1 inch thick)
- Olive oil (optional)
- Salt
