- 6 baking apples, peeled, cored, and cut into wedges
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 12 tablespoons butter (1 1/2 sticks), chilled and cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup nuts, coarsely chopped and toasted

- 2 yellow onions, 1 sliced, divided and 1 chopped
- 3- to 4-pound pork butt

- 3- to 4-quart 1 slow cooker with cooking spray. In cooker, spread 1 can of the green chiles. In medium bowl, mix remaining can of green chiles, the soup, enchilada sauce and mayonnaise.
- 6 to 7 Low heat setting 6 to 7 hours.
- 1/2 5 remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Cover; cook about 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Serve with tomatoes, lettuce and sour cream.
