- Three 2 1/2-pound frying chickens, split
- 4 tablespoons salt
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 3/4 cup peanut oil
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce, such as Tabasco
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

- 3 whole skinless, boneless chicken breasts

1. In a 1- to 2-quart pan over medium heat, bring blueberries and apple juice to a boil
