- Honey mustard
- 6 slices bacon, sliced in half and fried crisp

- 1 cup sliced canned mushrooms
- 3 cups shredded colby cheese
Gooey Carrot Cinnamon Poke Cake

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F
- Cake
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 large eggs
- 3/4 c. buttermilk
- 3/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp sugar
- 2 c. peeled and grated carrots (2-3 large carrots
- 1 1/2 c. sweetened flaked coconut
- 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- Buttermilk Glaze
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 Tbsp light corn syrup
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting
- 6 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. butter, softened
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 c. powdered sugar
Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

1 Place unwrapped peanut butter cups in freezer before starting
- 1 (18 -24 count) package miniature peanut butter cups, unwrapped
- 1 (18 ounce) package refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough

1. Combine all ingredients to rolling consistency and refrigerate for an hour or so
- 8 egg yolks
- 2 egg whites

Applebee's Knock-off Oriental Chicken Salad

Dressing: Blend together all ingredients in a small bowl with a whisk or mixer
- Oriental Dressing:
- 6 Tbsp. honey
- 3 Tbsp. Rice Vinegar
- 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp. Sesame oil
- Salad: 2 pieces of Crispy Chicken Strips (frozen or from the deli) or leftover grilled chicken (that is what I used)
- Bagged salad with assorted lettuces, cabbage, and vegetables Bagged broccoli slaw
- 1 Tbsp. sliced almonds, toasted
- 1/4 c. fried won ton strips (optional)
- 1/4 cup mandarin slices, drained

In a large bowl, cream butter and 1 cup sugar until light and fluffy
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup plus 1 tablespoon sugar, divided
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas
- 2/3 cup peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
Easy Strawberry Cream Dessert Squares

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Press cookie dough evenly into bottom only of ungreased 13 x 9" pan
- 1 roll (16.5 oz) refrigerated sugar cookie dough

- 1 cup strawberry topping (ice cream topping)

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2/3 cup popcorn kernels
- 4 cups dried apple chips, broken into pieces
- 1 cup unsalted almonds, roughly chopped
- 2 cups apple juice
- 2 cups packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 12 tablespoons (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, cut into pieces

1. Preheat the oven broiler, and move oven rack into the top position
- 1 pound sugar snap peas, trimmed
- 3 tablespoons garlic flavored olive oil
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 drops chili oil
- 1/4 teaspoon packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water
- Fresh strawberries or raspberries, if desired
