Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • Honey mustard
  • 6 slices bacon, sliced in half and fried crisp
  • 1/2 teaspoon McCormick Season-All
  • 1 cup sliced canned mushrooms
  • 3 cups shredded colby cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1. Rub chicken breast with SeasonAll and set aside to marinade.

2. While the chicken is marinating, fry bacon crisp and drain. Slice in half and set aside.

3. Remove chicken from marinade and saute on medium heat in enough oil to prevent sticking. Cook on both sides until golden and no pink showing inside. Remove from pan.

4. Spread chicken breast with mustard, cover with layer of mushrooms,bacon and then sprinkle with shredded cheese.

5. Heat in 350 degree oven until the cheese is melted.
