"This tangy, creamy dip tastes just like Buffalo chicken wings
- 2 (10 ounce) cans chunk chicken, drained or 2-3 shredded cooked chicken breasts
- 1-2 cups chopped celery
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 12 oz Ranch dressing
- 3/4 cup pepper sauce (such as Frank's Red Hot®)
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese or Colby Jack
- 1 (8 ounce) box chicken-flavored crackers

Chocolate Sheet Cake Recipe

I found this on the internet and it looks like it is from Country Woman May/June 1996
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, cubed
- 1/4 cup baking cocoa
- 1 cup water
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ICING
- 1/2 cup butter, cubed
- 1/4 cup baking cocoa
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Chicken Gloria Casserole

1 Heat oven to 350°F. 2 Sprinkle both sides of the chicken with salt and pepper
- 3 skinless boneless chicken breasts, trimmed and cut in half lengthwise
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1/3 cup Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 container (8 oz) sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 cup cream sherry wine
- 1 can (18 oz) Progresso™ creamy mushroom soup
- 6 slices Muenster cheese
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Great Appetizer!
- French Baguette about 14-inch long
- 8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
- 4 oz fresh goat cheese
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red bell pepper (about 1 medium)
- 1/2 cup finely chopped sun dried tomatoes in olive oil
- 1/4 cup finely chopped Kalamata olives
- 2 oz finely chopped spicy salami
- 2 tablespoons minced Italian parsley
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh thyme
- Freshly ground black pepper
Slow Cooker Ravioli Lasagna

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat
- 2 pounds ground round, drained
- 3 medium to large garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 (24 ounce) jars prepared pasta sauce (I use Classico Traditional Sweet Basil)
- 1 (25 ounce) package frozen cheese ravioli
- 2 1/4 cups shredded part skim mozzarella cheese, divided into 1 cup and 1 1/4 cups
- 2/3 cups part skim Ricotta cheese
- 1/3 cup fresh grated Parmesan
Basic Chicken Salad

This is my basic recipe. Feel free to add grapes, walnuts or whatever sounds good! I make this with leftover grille...
- 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/8 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- pinch of curry powder
- salt and pepper to taste

- 1 medium celery stalk, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 1/2 cup quartered red or green grapes
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (I prefer toasted)

Easy to prepare, you can cut the ingredients ahead of time
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
- 1 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root or 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 14 ounce package Smoked Sausage or Kielbasa, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 16 cherry tomatoes
- 1 pound medium fresh mushrooms
- 1 large green pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 medium onion, cut into eight wedges
- 1 small zucchini, cut into 1-inch pieces (optional)
Slow Cooker 15 Bean Soup with Polish Kielbasa

This is adapted from my non slow cooker recipe
- 1 (1 lb) bag regular 15 bean soup mix or 1 (1 lb) bag cajun 15 bean soup mix
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 celery stalks chopped celery leaves included
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 8 cups water OR mixture of water and chicken/vegetable broth or stock
- 14 ounce package of polish kielbasa, cut in 1 inch pieces (I like Hillshire Farms)
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 15 ounce can whole tomatoes, crushed or diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary (crush with fingertips before adding, this releases the flavor)
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- salt and pepper to taste
