Chicken Marsala

I used my Chicken Tarragon recipe to create this one
- 4- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts lighty seasoned with salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup flour seasoned with salt and pepper, reserving 2 tablespoons for later
- 4 tablespoons of butter (divided into 2 tablespoons, 1 tablespoon and 1 tablespoon)
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped shallots
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 12 to 16 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1 1/2 cup beef broth or stock
- 1/2 marsala wine 1/4 cup heavy cream
Mild Sesame Chicken Wings

A mild Chicken Wing with just a little kick that will please everyone
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoon honey
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1-1/2 tablespoon peeled and minced ginger root
- 1-1/2 tablespoon Asian sesame oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne, or to taste
- 4-5 pounds frozen separated chicken wings (thawed)
- 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
Swedish Nut Cake

This was my Mother's recipe
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup chopped nuts
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 20 ounce can undrained crushed pineapple
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- FROSTING
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 16 ounces powdered sugar
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2/3 cup chopped nuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Roasted Broccoli Hollandaise

This is an easy recipe to make
- 1 1/2 pounds broccoli (approx. 6 cups)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 .9 ounce package Hollandaise Sauce Mix
- optional
- 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
Slow Cooker Apricot Glazed Pork Loin Roast

This is extremely simple and easy
- 1 3 1/2 to 4 pound pork loin roast
- 4 cups baby carrots
- 1 large red onion, thickly sliced
- 1 1/2 cusp chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 18 ounce jar sugar free apricot preserves
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 cup flour
- salt
- black pepper
15 Bean Soup

I use Hurst 15 bean soup. You can also add swiss chard or spinach if you wish
- 1 (1 lb) bag regular 15 bean soup mix or 1 (1 lb) bag cajun 15 bean soup mix
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 celery stalks chopped celery leaves included
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 8 to 10 cups water OR mixture of water and chicken/vegetable broth or stock
- 1 14 ounce package of polish kielbasa, cut in 1 inch pieces (I like Hillshire Farms)or ground sausage (browned in pan), ham hocks or diced ham. You can also use a leftover hambone with some meat on it.
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 15 ounce diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary (crush with fingertips before adding, this releases the flavor)
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- salt and pepper to taste
Easy Parmesan Buttered Noodles

- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
