Place beans in a colander and rinse in cold water
- 6 1/2 cups canned black beans
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup red onions, finely diced
- 1 1/4 cup red bell peppers, finely diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon jalapeno pepper, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco jalapeno sauce
- 2 cups tortilla chip breading

- 2 cups crushed tortilla chips
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander
Savory Blue Cheesecakes with Waldorf Salad

- 1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp. dried marjoram
- 1/4 tsp granulated garlic
- 2 large eggs
Dill Pickle Potato Salad

- 6 hard cooked eggs, chopped
- 3 celery ribs, chopped

- 1/4 cup dill pickle juice
- 4 1/2 tsp prepared mustard
- 1 tsp celery seed

- 1 1/2 cups red seedless grapes, cut in half

- 3 large Golden Delicious apples (about 1 1/2 pounds) peeled, coed, thinly sliced
- 6 whole smoked bratwurst pierced all over with skewer
