Combine all ingredients in a bowl
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 envelope (1.0 ounce) Hidden Valley Ranch Original Ranch salad dressing mix
- 1/2 cup diced, bottled pimento or red peppers, drained
Raspberry vinaigrette

Combine vinegar and jam in blender or small bowl
- 2 tablespoons raspberry vinegar
- 2 tablespoons raspberry jam
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
Spinach Dip

- 1 package chopped frozen spinach - Cook per package instructions. Let cool.
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
