Gingerbread man cookie

No holiday is complete without the sweet and crunchy taste of gingerbread
- 1 cup butter, room temperature
- 1 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1 egg
- 2 3/4 cups Flour, beaten
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp clove, ground
- 1/2 tsp salt
Roasted Red Pepper Chicken

1. Brown chicken well in large non-stick skillet at medium-high heat
- 1 lb (454 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can (284 mL) CAMPBELL'S® Condensed Low Fat Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) finely chopped roasted red pepper
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) apple juice
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) ketchup
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) chopped fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups (500 mL) hot cooked brown rice, cooked without salt
Tex Mex Chicken and Rice Bake

1. Mix soup, milk, rice and chili powder in shallow 2 qt (2 L) baking dish
- 1 can (10 oz/284 mL) CAMPBELL'S® Condensed Low Fat Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 soup can 1% milk
- 3/4 (175 mL) cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice
- 1 1/2 tsp (7mL) chili powder
- 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) mixture of red and green pepper strips, chopped onion
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) frozen corn
- 4 (about 1 lb/500 g) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) shredded Tex Mex cheese (or Cheddar and Monterey Jack mixture)

Here's a perfect treat for friends and family this Christmas: a warm and spicy ginger and cinnamon cookie
- 1 cup (250mL) Shortening
- 1 cup (250mL) packed brown sugar
- ¼ cup (50mL) molasses
- 1 egg
- 2 cups (500mL) Robin Hood® All Purpose Flour
- 1 tbsp (15mL) ground ginger
- 2 tsp (10mL) baking soda
- 1 tsp (5mL) cinnamon
- ½ tsp (2mL) salt
- ½ cup (125mL) coarse sugar
Broccoli Rice Casserole

Heat the butter in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
- 1 (8 fl oz) jar pasteurized process cheese sauce (like Cheez Whiz®)
- 1 1/2 cups cooked regular long-grain white rice
Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownies

1. 1 Heat oven to 350ºF (325ºF for dark or nonstick pan)
- 1 box (1 lb 2.4 oz) Betty Crocker® Original Supreme Premium brownie mix
- Water, vegetable oil and egg called for on brownie mix box
- 1 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker® chocolate chip cookie mix
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 container Betty Crocker® Rich & Creamy chocolate frosting, if desired
Creamy Fruit Salad

In a serving bowl, combine the fruit cocktail, bananas, apple and orange
- 1 (15.25 ounce) can fruit cocktail
- 2 medium firm bananas. sliced
- 1 medium apple, diced
- 1 medium navel orange, peeled and sectioned
- 2 tablespoons instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 (8 ounce) container vanilla yogurt
Irish Beef Stew

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 pounds beef chuck, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 pound carrots, peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks
- 6 large potatoes, peeled and cut into large chunks
- 1 white onion, cut into large chunks
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle Irish stout beer (e.g. Guinness®)
- 1 tablespoon cold water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
