- 2 cups sugar
- 1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
- 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1-1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup boiling water

Preheat oven to 350° F. Cream together butter and sugars until pale and fluffy
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

In a medium bowl, cream together butter, white sugar, and brown sugar
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 3 cups quick cooking oats
- 1 cup of raisins (optional)
Irish Soda Bread - Amazingly Easy

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 tablespoons white sugar

- 1 lb chicken breasts, cut into chunks
- 1 can (284 mL) Cream of Celery Soup
- 2 ¼ cups (525 mL) water
- 2 cups(500 mL) fresh or frozen veggies
- 1/2 tsp dried basil leaves crushed
- 2 cups (500 mL) uncooked rotini pasta
