Syrup - Apple Butter

Place the apples in a slow cooker
- 5 1/2 pounds apples - peeled, cored and finely chopped (Golden Delicious Jonathan, Macintosh or Fuji apples)
- 2 cups white sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Easy Mexican Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 packet of taco seasoning to the meat
- 2 cups salsa
- 1 (16 ounce) can chili beans, drained 3 cups tortilla chips, crushed
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 (2 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh tomato
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup water
Slow Cooker Sweet and Tangy Chicken

- 2 (18 ounce) bottles barbeque sauce
- 1 (15 ounce) can pineapple crushed
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 Teaspoons of flour
- 8 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
