- optional:
- 1 cup of ketchup
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 pounds pork spareribs
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 tablespoon of "liquid smoke" if you have it as it adds a light "smoked" flavor

Try this simple crust dessert with cream cheese and chocolate pudding layers
- 5/8 * 5/8 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/4 * 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 * 1 cup confectioners' sugar

- 1 * 1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed

- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons corn syrup

Creamy Chicken and Spinach Skillet

1. Brown chicken well in heated oil at medium-high heat in large non-stick skillet
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) canola oil
- 3/4 lb (375 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 carton (900 mL) CAMPBELL'S® Organic Free Range Chicken Broth
- 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) dry, instant whole grain brown rice
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) low-fat cream cheese
- 8 cups (2 L) baby spinach leaves
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) ground black pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 large tomato, chopped
Southwestern Chicken

1. Brown chicken well in heated oil at medium-high heat in large skillet – about 5 minutes per side
- 4 (about 1 lb / 500 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) canola oil
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) finely chopped onion
- 1 cup (250 mL) finely diced plum tomatoes
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) each, chopped red and green pepper
- 1 can (10 oz / 284 mL) CAMPBELL'S® Condensed Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) water
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) chili powder
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) ground cumin

- Rolls:
- 1 cup mashed potatoes
- 1 cup reserved potato water
- 3/4 cup butter OR margarine
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 cup hot water
- 2 envelopes Fleishmann's® Active Dry Yeast
- 1/2 cup warm water (100 to 110 degrees F)
- 2 eggs
- 8 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, or more if needed
- Filling:
- 1/2 cup butter OR margarine, softened 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- Icing:
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 6 tablespoons butter OR margarine, softened
- 1 teaspoon 100% Pure Vanilla Extract
- 5 tablespoons milk, or more as needed
