Sloppy Joe Pizza

Unroll pizza dough; place on two greased 12-in
- 2 tubes (13.8 ounces each) refrigerated pizza crust
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (15-1/2 ounces) sloppy joe sauce
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Cheesy Bean Tortilla Rolls

Mash the beans with a fork in a medium bowl
- 3/4 cup(s) canned black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup(s) low-fat shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 oz light cream cheese, (Neufchâtel), at room temperature
- 4 medium scallion(s), thinly sliced
- 1/2 medium sweet red pepper(s), seeded and diced
- 1 medium jalapeٌo pepper(s), seeded and minced (wear gloves to prevent irritation)
- 6 medium tortilla, flour, fat-free
Beef and Potato Casserole

Brown beef and onions in butter over medium heat, until meat is brown and onions are tender
- 2 lb. cubed beef stew meat
- 1 lg. onion
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1/2 c. milk
- 4 med. potatoes
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can mushroom soup
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- Buttered bread crumbs

- 1 pkg yeast
- 2 1/2 cup flour
- 2 cup water
- 4 T sugar
- 2 t salt
- 2 cup hot milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 t baking powder
- 4 T oil
black bean dip

Put all ingredients in a food processor or blender; blend until desired consistency—either chunky or smooth
- 15 oz canned black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup(s) cilantro, fresh, leaves, loosely packed, plus extra for garnish
- 1/2 cup(s) salsa
- 1/2 cup(s) plain fat-free yogurt
- 1 tsp Durkee Ground Cumin Seed, or other brand
- 1/4 tsp table salt
Southwest Pasta Salad

1.Empty Pasta mixes into 4-quart saucepan 2/3 full of boiling water
- 2 boxes Betty Crocker® Suddenly Salad® classic pasta salad mix
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 to 2 tablespoons red pepper sauce, if desired
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 can (15 oz) Progresso® black or pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with jalapeños, drained
- 1 can (11 oz) Green Giant® Mexicorn® whole kernel corn with red and green peppers, drained
- 1/2 cup sliced ripe olives
- 1/2 cup chopped red, yellow or green bell pepper
- 1 medium avocado, peeled, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 8 oz pepper Jack cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes (2 cups)
- Romaine lettuce leaves, if desired
Banana Split

- 1 pkg brownie mix
- 2 pkgs 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 can crushed pinapple
- 1-2 bananas
- 10-12 stawberries
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts

- 1/2 angel food cake

- 16 oz sour cream
- cherry pie filling
- cool whip

Orange Julis
