Antipasto Salad

Cook vegetable spirals in a large amount of water until ala dente
- 5 pounds vegetable spirals
- 5 cups pepperoni, diced
- 5 cups green onions, diced
- 5 cups black olives, halved
- 5 cups green olives with pimentos
- 5 cups garbanzo beans
- 5 cups kidney beans
- 5 cups pepperoncini peppers, sliced
- 10 cups provolone cheese cubes
- 3 cups fresh chopped parsley
- 40 ounces Italian dressing

Cook potatoes with salt. Beat eggs and add flour and 1 cup water to flour and eggs

Ice Cream Crunch Cake - Grandma Ruths

Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter together in a large pan
- 2 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
- 1 - 12 oz pkg chocolate chips
- 2/3 cup smooth peanut butter (i used 1 cup)
- 6 cups crispy rice ceral (rice chex better)
Grasshopper Pie

Combine crumbs, the 1/2 cup sugar, and butter; mix well
- 1 1/2 cups fine chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup softened butter
- 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 cup watkins lime-lemon flavored lollipop punch concentrate
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- 1 tsp brandy extract
- 1 egg white
- 1 cup whipping cream (1/2 pint)
- Whipped cream
- Chocolate, curls or mint patties
Sandy's Salad Mandrain

Mix salad but in bowl. Keep almonds seperate to ad as one likes
- Almonds:
- 1/2 c sliced almonds
- 3 t sugar
- Salad:
- 1/2 head iceberg
- 1/2 head romane
- 1 c chopped celery
- 2 whole green onions chopped
- 1 11 oz can mandrarin organes drained
- Dressing:
- 1/2 t salt
- dash pepper
- 1/4 c oil
- 1 T parsley
- 2 T sugar
- 2 T vinegar
- dash tabasco sauce
creamy chicken pasta bake

Cook spaghetti. Rinse and drain
- 7 pounds 8 ounces spaghetti
- 12 ounces butter or margarine
- 7 pounds 8 ounces red and/or yellow bell peppers, diced
- 1 pounds 8 ounces onions, chopped
- 1 (50 ounce) can Campbell's Condensed Cream of Chicken
- or 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 (50 ounce) can Campbell's Condensed Cream of Mushroom
- or 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 1/2 (49 1/2 ounce) cans Swanson Chicken Broth
- 12 pounds chicken, cooked, diced
- 3 pounds sharp process cheese, shredded
- 3 pounds canned mushrooms, sliced and drained
- 3 pounds pitted ripe olives, halved
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Chicken Salad

- 1/2 cup salad dressing
- 1/4 cup onion diced
- 1/4 cup celery diced
- 2 tbsp dill pickle diced

- red or green grapes halved, walnuts, sweet pickle, shredded swiss cheese, boiled egg.

- 1-1/4 cups cold milk
- 2 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
- 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
- 4 chocolate candy bars (about 1.5 oz. each), cut into 1/4-inch pieces, divided
- 1 OREO Pie Crust (6 oz.)
Doughnut Bread Pudding

- 1/2 cup raisins or other dried fruit

- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
