Stir-fried pork and noodles

1. Soak noodles in hot water for about 10 mins
- 3.75 ox package cellophane noodles
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 lb boneless pork chops, trimmed and cut into thin strips
- 2 stalks celery, cliced crosswise
- 15 ox can baby corn, drained
- 4 oz snow peas, trimmed
- 1/4 cup bottled stir fry sauce
Reuben Casserole

Place corned beef in a lightly greased 9- X 13-inch baking dish
- 1/2 to 1 pound corned beef, cooked, diced or sliced
- 1/4 cup Thousand Island salad dressing
- 1 can or bag sauerkraut (16 oz), drained and rinsed
- 1/2 pound shredded Swiss cheese
- 6 slices rye bread, crumbled
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Graham Streusel Cake - Betty Crocker

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- STREUSEL:
- 1 box Betty Crocker super moist yellow cake mix
- 1 c. water
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 c. oil
- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. nuts, optional
- 1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 3/4 c. butter, melted
- GLAZE:
- Powdered sugar
- Milk

1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 (8 ounce) cans crescent roll dough
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
Key Lime Pie

cream the marg & sugar together add 1 egg and mix well
- 10 T marg
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup flour
- pinch salt
- 3 eggs
- 7 oz condensed milk
- 2 T lime juice
- green food coloring optional
Classic Macaroni Salad

1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil
- 4 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup distilled white vinegar
- 2/3 cup white sugar
- 2 1/2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 cup grated carrot (optional)
- 2 tablespoons chopped pimento peppers (optional)
Imperial Chicken Lo Mein

Combine all sauce ingredients, set aside
- Sauce:
- 1 1/2 boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut in thin strips
- 2 tbls vegetable oil
- 1/4 lb peal pods
- 4 oz baby corn, drained
- 8 oz can China Boy sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1 medium red onion, cut in chunks
- 3 medium pepper (green, orange, red, yellow) cut in thin strips
- 3 tbls cornstarch
- 5 tbls dry sherry (optional)
- 5 tbls soy sauce
- 4 tbls dark brown sugar
- 3/4 cup cicken stock
- 4 tsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- red pepper to taste
- Noodles:
- 1-8oz box china boy lo main noodles
Whole-Wheat Chili-Mac

In a large skillet, cook beef and onion until meat is browned, about 10 minutes; drain off fat
- 12 oz uncooked lean ground beef (with 7% fat)
- 1 medium onion(s), chopped
- 14 1/2 oz canned stewed tomatoes, Mexican-style, undrained
- 1 1/4 cup(s) canned tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp canned green chili peppers, diced, drained
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp Durkee Ground Cumin Seed, or other brand
- 1 cup(s) dry whole-wheat elbow macaroni
- 15 oz canned kidney beans, rinsed and drained
Almost Taco Bell Chicken Fajita Seasoning
