- 1/2 pkg Adolphs Meat Merinade
- 1/2 (lg) bottle Viva Italian dressing
- Garlic to taste
- 1/4 Cup olive oil

- 10 (2 ounce) cans pineapple chunks, drained
- 10 (21 ounce) cans peach pie filling
- 10 (11 ounce) cans mandarin oranges, drained
- 10 cups green grapes
- 10 cups sliced bananas
Egg Salad with a Kick

1. Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup light sour cream
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Chinese hot prepared mustard
- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
- 5 pimento-stuffed green olives, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
- salt and pepper to taste
Creamy Corn Chowder

In a large saucepan, dissolve cornstarch in milk
- 2/3 cup low-fat milk
- 1 1/2 T cornstarch 1 16-ounce bag frozen combination broccoli, corn and red peppers (cut up any large pieces)
- 1 15-ounce can cream-style corn
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced scallions
- 1 cup canned chicken broth
- 1/2 t cumin
- 1/4 t pepper (or to taste)

On a plate, combine 2 tablespoons cornstarch and salt; add beef and toss to coat
- 2 1/2 Tbsp cornstarch, divided
- 1/4 tsp table salt
- 3/4 pound(s) lean sirloin beef, trimmed, thinly sliced against the grain
- 2 tsp canola oil
- 1 cup(s) reduced-sodium chicken broth, divided
- 5 cup(s) broccoli, florets (about a 12 oz bag)
- 1 Tbsp ginger root, fresh, minced
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes, or to taste
- 1/4 cup(s) low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 cup(s) water

- 2 (30 ounce) packages frozen hash brown potatoes
- 4 cups and 2 tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 (16 ounce) containers sour cream
- 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 2 onion, chopped
- 2 cups and 1 tablespoon butter
- 6-1/4 cups crushed corn flakes

- 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 cup ranch salad dressing
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 package (1.25-oz.) ORTEGA Taco Seasoning Mix - Regular
- 1 stalk large celery, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 2 tbls. sliced green onion
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
