Combine the dry ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl
- 3 cups King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- 2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon pizza dough flavor (optional, but good)
- 2 teaspoons pizza seasoning or mixed Italian herbs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup olive oil or garlic oil
- 1/3 cup water

- 1 medium onion, unpeeled and quartered
- 6 pounds chicken pieces

- 1 large cauliflower washed and cut into 1 in pieces
- 1 large potato (russet or yellow) peeled and diced (about 2 c)
- 1 med yellow or red onion, peeled and coursely chopped
- 1 med tomato diced
- 1 2 in piece ginger, peeled and grated
- 3 cloves garlic (peeled and chopped, minced or grated
- 3-4 green thai, serrano or cayenne chilies, stems removed, chopped or sliced lengthwise
- 1 T cumin seeds
- 1 T red chili powder
- 1 T garam masala
- 1 T salt
- 1 t tumeric powder
- 3 T veg oil
- 1 heaping T fresh cilantro, chopped
