Waldorf Chicken Salad on Raisin Bread

Apple chicken salad sandwich on raisin bread
- 2 c. chopped cooked chicken
- 1/2 c. chopped apple
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped walnuts
- 1/3 c. Miracle Whip

- 8 slices raisin bread, lightly toasted

- 1 sm. green pepper, chopped
- 1 sm. onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 lb. lump crab meat
- 1 egg, slightly beaten

- 2 tbl. mustard
- 12 crackers crushed or equiv.in bread crumbs
- garlic powder, celery salt to taste
- cajun spice or Old Bay spice to taste
- paprika to sprinkle on top of cakes

Peach Crumb Pie
