Moravian Sugar Cake (Good)

Stir together 2 cups of flour and yeast
- 4 to 4 1/2 cups - Enriched Flour*
- 2 packages - Dry Yeast
- 1/2 Cups - Water
- 1/2 Cups - Sugar
- 1/2 tsp. - Salt
- 2 - Eggs
- 1/2 cup mashed potatoes (prepared instant may be used)
- 1/2 cup - brown sugar
- 2 tsp. - cinnamon
- 1/2 cup - Butter. melted
- Confectioners' sugar icing
Pepper Jack Meatloaf

In a large bowl, combine the egg, bread crumbs, onion, salt and pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1-1/2 pounds lean ground beef (90% lean)
- 1 cup (4 ounces) pepper Jack cheese, divided
- 1 cup salsa, optional

- 1 cup - Whole wheat flour
- 4 1/2 tsp. - Baking Powder
- 2 TBSP. - Sugar
- 1/2 tsp. - Salt

- 3/4 cup - butter or margarine
- 1 - egg beaten
- 1 cup - milk

Delectable Cheese Bread

- 1/4 cup warm water (105-115° F.)
- 1 package quick-rising dry yeast
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. butter, divided.
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Baking Soda
- 2 1/2 cups flour, divided
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Spiced Cider

In a large saucepan, combine the first 6 ingredients; bring to a boil
- 2 quarts apple cider
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 cinnamon sticks (3 inches each)
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. ground allspice
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
