Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 cup Light Karo syrup
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 Tbl. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/4 pecans, broken
- pie shell.
Herbed Chicken and Tomatoes

- 8 oz. pasta, such as spaghetti or linguine
- 1 1/2 tsp. basil leaves
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 3 Tbl. flour, divided
- 1 1/2 lbs. thin-sliced boneless skinless chicken breast
- 2 to 3 Tbl. olive oil, divided
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 can (14 oz.) petite diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 2 Tbl. fat free half and half

- 1-2/3 cups water, divided
- 1 env. (1/4 oz.) KNOX Unflavored Gelatine
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Grape Flavor Gelatin
Apple-cranberry salad

Mix mayo, sour cream and sugar in medium bowl
- 1/4 cup real mayo mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 Tbl. sugar
- 3 apples (preferable 2 red and 1 green), chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped planters walnuts
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
- 6 leaf lettuce leaves
Chicken & Dumplings**

In a large pot, heat oil. Add chicken and onions
- 2 Tbl. vegetable oil
- 12 oz. boneless chicken breast, but into chunks
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 qt (32 oz) chicken broth
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1 Tbl. parsley flakes
- pepper to taste
- 1 (12oz pkg) Reames Frozen Flat Dumplings
Mediterranean Sun-Kissed Savory Salad

Place potatoes in a saucepan
- 3 lbs. Yukon Gold potatoes or potato type of your choice (try russet, red, white, fingerling or purple/blue gems)
- 4 sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 5 cups spinach or lettuce of your choice
- 2 Tbl. balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt, pepper to taste

- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 3 Tbl. + 2 tsp. milk

Creamy Chicken Pesto & Bowtie Pasta
