- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 6 egg yolks
- 7 egg whites
- 8 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 3 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 4 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1/2 ounces GRAND MARNIER liqueur
- butter and granulated sugar for coating ramekins
