Mudslide and Brownie Trifles

Fill pastry bags with each flavor of pudding
- Instructions:
- Chocolate Pudding with Kahlua Layer
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- Pinch Pinch of salt
- 3 3 3 cups cold whole milk
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 cups dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 1/2 4 cup plus 4 tablespoon of Kahlua
- 1 1 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- Vanilla Pudding with Bailey’s Irish Cream Layer
- 1/3 1/3 1 cup plus 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- Pinch Pinch of salt
- 3 3 3 cups cold whole milk
- 1/2 1/2 4 cup plus 4 tablespoons of Bailey’s Irish Cream
- 2 2 2 tablespoon vanilla extract
- Instructions:
- Brownie and Almond Layer
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 cup of crushed brownie crumb
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 cup of finely chopped almonds
Pretzels

bake at 200 degrees for 2 hours mix every so often drain on paper towels enjoy!

- UTZ sour dough pretzels at Sam's Club,
- I use about 1/3 of the tub
- 1 c. oil
- 3 tbsp. ranch dressing (dry mix)

- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp shortening

Bacon Potato Pancakes

Combine all ingredients and beat well
- 2 cups grated raw potatoes, drained of excess liqiud
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- 3 slices bacon, crisp and chopped
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 well beaten eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Moist Sausage Dressing Stuffing

Gather the ingredients. Lightly butter a 9-by-13-by-2-inch baking pan
- 1 pound mild breakfast sausage (or sage breakfast sausage)
- 4 ounces/1/2 cup butter
- 2 medium onions (chopped, about 2 cups)
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups celery (chopped)
- 1 loaf 647 Italian Bread
- 2 to 3 teaspoons poultry seasoning
- 1 tablespoon fresh sage (finely chopped, or 1 teaspoon dried leaf sage, crumbled)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (finely chopped)
- 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 cups chicken stock (low-sodium)
- 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- Dash freshly ground black pepper
Real Taco Pie

- 1/4 cup butter
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 2 1/2 cups mashed potato flakes (you could also use left over mashed potatoes and omit the butter and milk)

- 1 cup shredded lettuce

Spray crock pot with Pam and melt Velveeta cheese on high for 2 hrs
- (32 oz) Velveeta cheese
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes and green chilies
- 1 lb sausage, browned and drained
- 1 lb hamburger, browned and drained
- 1 small jar of salsa
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- small, fajita sized flour tortillas (about 6″ in diameter)
- 3-4 cups vegetable oil
- kosher salt
