- 2 Pounds pork roast or steak
- 2 Tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- ¾ Cup sugar

- 3 Tablespoons cornstarch
- Medium size can of pineapple chunks
- 1 Tablespoon ketchup

- 1 box (9 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained

- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon taco seasoning mix
- 40 to 45 nacho cheese-flavored tortilla chips
