- Graham Cracker Crumb Crust:
- Spring form 9” cake pan
- 1 ½ cup graham crackers, crushed
- (about 10 crackers)
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 6 T. melted butter
- ½ t. cinnamon
- Cheesecake:
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 t. vanilla
- 1 ½ cups sour cream
- 1 wide strip orange rind
- 1 narrow strip lemon rind, cut up
- 1 lb. (2 8-oz. packages) softened cream cheese, cut into fifths

Slow Cooker Pork Tenderloin

- 1-1/4 (2 pound) pork tenderloin
- 1-1/4 (1 ounce) envelopes dry onion soup mix
- 1-1/3 cups water
