- 4 oz. low fat cream cheese (do not use fat free)
- 1/2 cup low fat sour cream (do not use fat free)
- 1/4 cup minced green onions
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (If you only have finely grated Parmesan, use a bit less)
- 6 slices bacon, cooked until very crisp, fat blotted with paper towel and then crumbled

Slow Cooker Black Beans with Cilantro

The night before you plan to cook this, rinse beans and pick out broken pieces
- 4 cups dried black beans (measure before soaking; beans must be soaked overnight)
- 6 cups chicken stock or vegetable stock ( used homemade stock, but canned would be fine)
- 2 T cilantro
- 1 T garlic powder (or use 2 T chopped fresh garlic)
- 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro (measure after chopping)

- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 pinch ground cayenne pepper (optional)

- 1 c sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 c thin red onion wedges
- 4 slices bacon, crisply cooked, drained and crumbled
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 1/2 c KRAFT Light CATALINA Dressing
