Add liquid mixture to dry ingredients&mix just until moistened

  • Combine:
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 &1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 &1/2 c. whole cranberries
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • Melt: 2 Tbs butter
  • Add to butter:
  • 3/4 c. orange juice
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 Tbs almond extract
  • Add liquid mixture to dry ingredients & mix just until moistened. Place in greased loaf pan. Bake @ 350 degrees 1 hour or until done in middle.
