Blueberry Dump Cake

Pour pie filling into crockpot
- 21 oz. can blueberry pie filling
- 18 1/4 oz. yellow cake mix
- 1/2 C. butter, melted
- 1/2 C. chopped walnuts
BREAKFAST SAUSAGE CASSEROLE

Grease 13 x 9-inch baking dish
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) fresh breakfast sausage, cooked, drained and crumbled
- 4 cups cubed day-old bread
- 2 cups (8 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 cans (12 fl. oz. each) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
- 10 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- Ground black pepper to taste
Crockpot Goulash

Cut raw potatoes and place in crock-pot
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 large potatoes, cut in bite size chunks
- 1 lb. of ground beef thawed (or other meat)
- 1 can of corn with juice (or other veggie)
- 1 can of peas with juice (or other veggie)
- 1 can of condensed tomato soup
- Salt and pepper to taste
Hot Fudge Pudding Cake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 1/4 cups sugar (divided)
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 7 tablespoons cocoa (divided)
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar
- 1 1/4 cups hot water
- whipped topping
Boiled Chicken Breasts

Bring all ingredients to a boil in a Dutch oven
- 6 bone-in chicken breasts (about 4 pounds)
- 2 quarts water
- 1 small onion, quartered
- 2 celery ribs with tops, quartered
- 2 carrots, quartered
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper

- 1 cup crisco
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt

CAT'S CHUNKY CHILI

PLACE all ingredients in slow cooker; mix well
- 2 lb. lean beef for stew, cut into 1-1/2-inch cubes
- 1 large onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cans (15 oz. each) kidney beans, drained, rinsed
- 1 jar (16 oz.) TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
- 1 can (15 oz.) no-salt-added tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
Chicken Quesadillas

Quesadillas are quick and easy to make and fun to eat
- 2 Tbs. oil
- 1/4 C. chopped onions
- 1 small minced garlic clove
- 1/4 C. chopped bell peppers
- 2 minced chili peppers (to taste)
- 3 chopped plum tomatoes
- Oil for frying
- 8 flour tortillas
- 2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
- 11/2 C. cooked chicken
- Salsa
- Sour cream
Corn Muffin Recipe

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted, plus more, room temperature, for muffin tins and serving
- • 1 1/2 cups white cornmeal, finely ground
- • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- • 1 teaspoon coarse salt
- • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- • 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 cups buttermilk
- • Sorghum molasses or honey, for serving
Sugar-free Simple Syrup

Dissolve Splenda in water and allow to cool
- Many drink recipes call for Sugar Syrup. This version works in those recipes and is Diabetic-Friendly. It's also adaptable to other flavors beyond simply sweet.
