Crispy Crab Nuggets

Make breadcrumbs in food processor so they are chopped up fine
- 1 pound fresh crab meat
- 3 slices of white bread, crust removed
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon parsley
Easter Bunny Buns

Directions: Put the butter, the sour cream and water in a small saucepan and heat, but do not cook
- 2-1/2 to 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 package (1/4 ounce) active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 egg
Crispy Zucchini Slices

Cut a zucchini into thin slices and toss in 1 Tbsp olive oil, sea salt, and pepper
- Zucchini
- 1 tabl. Olive Oil
- Sea Salt
- Pepper

Cocktail Pretzels

Pour Olive Oil and herbs in ziplock bag and mix well, add pretzels and shake coating them evenly
- 32 oz. or less of unsalted pretzels
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 2 teas. cayenne pepper ( more if you like them hotter)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 pkg. Ranch Dressing

Directions: Line the bottom of a 13x9 inch dish with 1 bag of cookies and layer bananas on top
- 2 bags Pepperidge Farm Chessmen Cookies OR 2 bags Vanilla Wafers
- 6 to 8 bananas, sliced
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 (5 oz.) box instant French Vanilla pudding
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (12 oz.) container frozen whipped topping thawed, or equal amount sweetened whipped cream
Taco Casserole

- 1 7oz. bag Nacho Cheese Doritos, crushed
- 1 lb. hamburger, browned
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning, mixed according to directions
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Ch...eddar cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- Shredded Lettuce
- Sliced tomato
Chicken Salad

Boil Chicken in Cicken broth until done
- 2 large cloves of garlic ( I use more)
- 1 tabl. dijon mustard
- 1/2 teas. salt
- 1/4 teas. each of pepper and rice wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 4 cups cooked Wild Rice ( I use 2 pkg. Quiggs white and Wild Rice Mix
- Juice of 1/2 Lemon
- 1 whole chicken breast, cubed ( 3 Halves) boil in chicken broth
- 3 scallions
- 1/2 of red pepper
- 2 oz. snow peas ( I steam slightly)
- 1/2 European cucumber, seeded and diced
- 1 cup toasted pecans
Colorful Corn Salad

In a large bowl, combine the first 12 ingredients
- 2 packages (10 0z. each) frozen corn, thawed
- 2 cups diced green pepper
- 2 cups diced sweet red pepper
- 2 cups diced celery
- 1 cup minced fresh parsley
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 2 teas. ground cumin
- 1-1/2 teas. salt
- 3/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teas. hot pepper sauce
- 1/8 teas. cayenne pepper
- 3 tabl. olive or veg. oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 6 tablespoon lime juice
Honey-Mustard Pork Chops 4pts

Directions 1. To prepare marinade, in small saucepan heat honey over low heat until it liquifies
- 4 teaspoons honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon cider vinegar, or wine vinegar

- 1 1/4 lbs. pork loin chops, 4 (5oz. each) chops
