Key Lime Pie

Beat milk and lime juice in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and thickened
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 ⁄2 cup key lime juice or 1⁄2 cup lime juice
- 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 (6 ounce) package chocolate crumb pie shell or 1 (6 ounce) package graham cracker pie crusts
- lime zest (optional)
Ambrosia Salad

In a large bowl, combine oranges, mango, pineapple, cherries, and coconut
- 3 oranges, peeled and sectioned
- 1 mango, seeded, peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 (20-ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
- 3/4 cup maraschino cherry halves
- 1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut, toasted (see Tip)
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
Homemade Cranberry Sauce

Combine the sugar, orange juice, 1/2 cup water, the cinnamon, salt and cranberries in a medium saucepan
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup orange juice (no sugar added or freshly squeezed)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
- One 12-ounce bag cranberries

1. Separate the onion slices into rings
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper

Artichoke and Sun-dried Tomato Chicken

Directions Season both sides of chicken breasts with salt and pepper
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green peppers and onions
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomato pesto
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts in water, drained and quartered
Italian Stuffed Peppers Recipe

Directions Cut tops off peppers and remove seeds; set aside
- 6 large sweet red or green peppers
- 1 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)
- 2 cups cubed part-skim mozzarella cheese (1/4-inch cubes)
- 1 cup uncooked converted rice
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Additional minced fresh parsley

In large pot heat oil. In resealable plastic bag mix together flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper
- 1 T vegetable oil
- 2 T flour
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 lb beef chuck, cubed
- 3 small boiling onions
- 1 1/2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 1/2 carrots sliced
- 3/4 stalk celery sliced
- 3/4 can beef broth
- 2 1/4 tsp flour
- 3/4 tsp cold water
Italian Pork Chops

Place onions in a 5 to 6 qt slow cooker
- 1 med onion chopped
- 6 pork rib chops with bone, cut 1/2 inch thick
- 2 tsp dried Italian seasoning, crushed
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 14 1/2 oz cans diced tomatoes, undrained
- 2 T balsamic vinegar
- 2 Med zucchini, halved lengthwise and cut crosswise into 1 inch pieces
- 2 T cornstarch
- 2 T cold water
- 4 ozs dried orzo, cooked according to package directions
