Dr Pepper & BBQ Roast Beef

Turn the Slow Cooker onto low
- 1 Beef Roast
- 1 Bottle of BBQ Sauce (I used Country Bobs)
- 1 Can Diet Dr. Pepper (I'm sure you can use regular, we just buy diet, so it's what I had)
- Turn the Slow Cooker onto low.
- Pour in a little bit of the BBQ sauce to cover the bottom of the slow cooker pot.
- Place the roast into the slow cooker and cover with the rest of the BBQ sauce.
- Pour in the Diet Dr. Pepper.
- Cover and let cook on low for about 4 hours.
- (If you want it to be more of a medium, cook the roast less, but if you want it even more well done, cook it a little longer)
Layered Pineapple Dream

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F
- For the Crust:
- 2 1/2 cups graham crumbs (2 sleeves)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- For the Layers:
- 2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 8 ounces Cool Whip
- 1 (20-ounce) can pineapple, drained well
Roasted New Potatoes

HEAT oven to 400ºF. COMBINE potatoes, bacon and dressing; spread onto rimmed baking sheet
- 2 lb. new red potatoes, halved lengthwise
- 6 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley

Cranberry Glaze Pork Roast

Preheat an oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C)
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 cup apple jelly
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 4 cubes chicken bouillon, crushed
- 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
- 1 (4 pound) boneless pork loin roast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Pumpkin Cake

Grease and flour 12 cup aluminum bundt pan or angel food cake pan Blend all ingredients in large mixer bowl Beat 4
- 1 pkg yellow two layer cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 can 16 oz pumpkin
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Three Ingredient Crockpot Beef Tips

Mix the two soups in the bottom of your crockpot, add the beef and stir
- 3 pounds stew beef
- 1 can cream of onion soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
The Kings Cake (Elvis)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable shortening
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mashed banana (about 3 ripe bananas)
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract, divided
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 6 tablespoon butter, softened
- 3 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
Cracker Barrel Chicken Tenders

Mix dressing, lime juice and honey together
- 1 pound Chicken Breast Tenders
- 1/2 cup Italian Salad Dressing (drain spices and discard spices)
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Honey
Italian String/Green Beans

This is a quick and easy side dish
- 1 lb fresh string bean
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/3 cup Italian style breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Best Mashed Potatoes

In large pot over high heat combine potatoes with enough water to cover
- 3 lbs baking potatoes, peeled and cut into large chunks
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, cut into pieces and more for garnish
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 6 scallions, chopped
- 1/4 cup and 1 T chopped fresh parsley, divided
