Semisweet Chocolate Ganache

Heat the double cream, butter, and sugar in a 4-pint (21/24) saucepan over medium-high heat
- 8 fluid ounces (240 ml.) double cream
- 1 ounce (28 g.) unsalted butter
- 1 ounce (28 g.) caster sugar
- 12 ounces (340 g.) plain chocolate, broken
- into 1/2-ounce (14 g.) pieces
Raspberry Dream Bars

Preheat oven to 350F. 13 x 9 inch cake pan, greased
- Crust:
- 1 pkg (18.25 oz [5 15 g]) white cake mix
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- Topping:
- 2/3 cup raspberry jam
- 2-1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 3/4 cup shredded or flaked coconut
Beef Stew Casserole

Heat oven to 375°F. In 10-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat
- 2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
- 1 lb boneless lean beef round steak (1/2 inch thick), cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups Green Giant® frozen mixed vegetables (from 1-lb bag)
- 2 cups refrigerated diced cooked potatoes with onions (from 20-oz bag)
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with roasted garlic and onion, undrained
- 1 jar (12 oz) beef gravy

Creamy Spinach Dip

- 1 pkg (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup each: finely chopped fresh spinach and sour cream

Spicy Beef with Mushroom Reduction

- 1 tsp paprika
