Chocolate Banana Muffins

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup. mashed bananas
  • 1 pkg. BAKER'S* Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (300 g)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon (optional)

Step 1

Heat oven to 350°F (180°C).

In a mixing bowl, whisk together oil, sugar and egg; stir in mashed bananas and half the package of chocolate chips.

Combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; stir into banana mixture just to moisten, Spoon into 12 greased muffin cups. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips evenly over top.

Bake for 15 to 20 mins.

Makes 12 muffins.
