- 1 TBSP WHITE FLOUR
- 1 TBSP BROWN SUGAR
- I/4 CUP/60 ML IRISH WHISKEY
- 1/2 CUP/120 ML BEEF STOCK
- I/4 CUP/60 ML HEAVY CREAM
- SALT AND PEPPER

- In another bowl place:
- In a baking pan (8 inch sqaure) place
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup flour

- 1 can black beans or kidney beans - drained and rinsed
- 1 can tomato sauce (7 1/2 oz)
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 pkg taco seasoning
- Several drops of hot sauce
- Enough water to make it soup-like but not over watered down
