Harvard Beets

Add sugar, cornstarch and seasonings into a heavy bottomed saucepan
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- Generous pinch of dry mustard, salt and ground ginger
- 2 tblsp. white vinegar
- 14oz can diced or sliced beets
Frozen Chocolate Banana Slices

Slice the banana and place the slices on a tray
- 1 banana
- 1 heaping cup dark chocolate chips or your favorite type of chocolate chips
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil (no substitute)
- adjust each quantity to preference as how many you would like.
Sausage-and-Pepper Skewers

Soak eight 8-inch skewers in water, at least 15 minutes
- 1 cup couscous
- 2 bell peppers (red and yellow), cut into chunks
- 1 (12-ounce) package chicken sausage (preferably garlic-flavored), cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 large red onion, cut into chunks
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 4 scallions, roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar

- 1 /13 cup flour
- 3/4 cup icing sugar
- 3 egg whites, lightly beaten
- 2 egg yolks, lightly beaten

For the sauce: In a large saucepan, melt the butter
- For the sauce:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 large shallot, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon ancho pepper, finely chopped
- 1 cup chili sauce
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/3 cup prepared wing sauce
- For the wings:
- Oil, for frying
- 50 chicken wings
- Blue cheese dressing, for serving
- Bourbon, for serving

- 2 pkg yeast
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup milk - scaled and cooled to lukewarm
- 6-7 cup flour
- 6 tbsp shortening
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/3 cup chopped mixed peel
- 1 tsp salt and cinnamon
- 1 cup lukewarm water
