Meyer Lemon-Cranberry Bundt Cake

- 3 1/4 sticks unsalted butter, cubed and at room temperature, plus more for the pan
- 3 cups cake flour, sifted, plus more for the pan
- 1 12-ounce bag fresh or frozen cranberries, thawed if frozen
- 2 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons whole milk
- 4 large eggs plus 2 egg yolks
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons finely grated Meyer lemon zest
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons Meyer lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
Horseradish Sauce Recipe

The small holes of a standard box grater do a nice job grating the horseradish
- Horseradish Sauce
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon fine grain sea salt, or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar or honey
- 1 teaspoon mustard (not ground mustard)
- 2-3 inch segment of horseradish root, peeled
- 1/2 cup / 120 ml sour cream
- to serve: toasted sesame seeds
- Makes 2/3 cup.
- Prep time: 5 min
Ingredients

Cut butter into small pieces and place in a 2-quart saucepan

- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup Myzithra cheese, shredded
- pasta of choice 16 oz
- 2 T. parsley, chopped
- Salt to taste

- 17 ounce can fruit cocktail
- 11 ounce can mandarin orange
- 20 ounce can pineapple chunks

- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
