Manhattan Deli Salad

Cook pasta. Combine all ingredients and add pasta
- 1 12oz pkg spiral pasta
- 1 1/4 cup ripe olives, sliced
- 1 cup chopped red or green bell pepper, or 1 cup chopped pimento
- 1/4 lb hard salame, sliced in thin strips
- 1 small red onion, cut in thin rings
- 1/4-1/2 cup parmesean cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 3/4 cup italian dressing
Slow Cooker Indian Chicken Stew

1) Lightly coat a 6-quart slow cooker with monstick cooking spray or oil
- 2 lb. skinless, boneless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 5 tsp curry powder
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper and/or cayenne pepper
- 2 15 oz cans garbanzo beans (chickpeas), rinsed and drained
- 2 14.5 cans diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 9 oz pkg. fresh spinach (optional)
- hot cooked rice (optional)
Olive Garden Alfredo Sauce

Heat water in double boiler
- 1 stick butter
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 dash white pepper

- 1 puff pastry
- Sauce:
- 1 pkg cranberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp lemon peal
- Strawberries sliced in circles

- grated white chocolate
Impossible Cheeseburger Pie

Heat oven to 400. Grease pie plate, 10x1 ½ inches
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 ½ cups chopped onion
- 1 ½ cups milk
- ¾ cup bisquick baking mix
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or process American cheese

- 1 box oatmeal (3 min)
- 1 box coconut
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup sunflour seeds
- 1 jar sesame seeds
- 1 pkg slivered almonds
- 1/2 box dark brown sugar
- 2 sticks butter
- 2 Tbls vanilla

- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/3 stick butter
- 3 Hershey bars

- 1 Pumpkin, cleaned
- 1/2 lb pumpkin cubed
- 4 Tbsp melted marg.
- 1 cup choppd onion
- 1/2 cup chopped carrot
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 4 cups veg. broth
- 1 cup diced tomatoe
- 1/4 cup rice

Zucchini Ribbons with Feta and Mint

1)Using a Y-shaped vegetable peeler, cut zucchini lengthwise into very thin strips just until seeds are visible
- 4 medium zucchini (about 2 ½ lb.)
- 2 shallots, minced (about ¼ cup)
- ¾ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh mint
- 2-3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
