Chicken Skewers with Walnuts and Cilantro

1)Cut chicken crosswise into sixteen 2-inch-thick strips
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (8oz each), pounded ¼ inch thick
- 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ¾ tsp coarse salt
- ½ tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup large corn syrup

- 2 sq. (2oz) simisweet chocolate, shaved

- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1 1/2 cup graham or chocolate cookie crumbs
- 2 Tbsp water
- 1 Tbsp melted marg
- Topping:
- 1 cup light sour cream
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
