- 1 14 1/2 oz. diced tomatoes
- 2 c. flour
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1/2 c. shredded mozzella cheese, divided
- 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese divided
DEVILED EGGS

- mayo
- mustard
- chili powder
- salt

- 5 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 4 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 lb. Tenderflake Lard
- Pinch of salt

- Enough water to make 3/4 c. of liquid

- 2 tbsp. sugar

- 24 frozen bread rolls or two 1 lb. bread loaves) thawed

- 3 tbsp. Garlic powder (and other herbs if you want)

- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

- 1 c. sour cream

- 1/3 c. granulated sugar

MACADAMIA NUT ENCRUSTED MAHI MAHI

- 4 c. chicken stock
- 4 oz. pineapple chunks

- 4 oz. mango chunks
- salt/pepper/ sugar to taste
