Banana Split Dessert

In a medium sized bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 10 whole crackers crushed)
- 1 1/4 Cups Sugar, Divided
- 1/3 Cup Butter, Melted
- 2 pkgs (8 oz) cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 Can (20 oz) crushed Pineapple, drained
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced thin
- 4 ripe bananas
- 2 cups cold Milk
- 1 Large box instant Vanilla Pudding
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
SOFT MOLASSES GINGER BALLS****

Preheat oven 350F. Mix all the above ingredients together
- 1 c. lard
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 2/3 c. hot water
- 1 tsp. soda
- 5 c. flour
- 1 c. molasses
CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE CRUNCH

Line 8" square pan with parchment paper
- 6 oz. chopped semi sweet chocolate
- 2 - 8 oz. sticks margarine
- 1 tbsp. margarine
- 16 oz. creamy peanut butter
- 3 c. crispy rice cereal
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 c. icing sugar
BROWN SUGAR FROSTING

Boil brown sugar and milk to soft ball stage 234 F
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
CHOCOLATE FINGERS

375 F oven. Cream shortening and sugar
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 c. sifted flour
- 1/4 tsp. sal
- 5 tbsp. shortening
- 1/2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. plus 1 tbsp. pastry flour
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. raisins
- 2 nd part
- 1 tbsp. cocoa
- 1/2 c. icing sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. boiling water
- few drops vanilla
SHORTBREAD - CRISP

Cut fairly firm butter into large pieces and place into a large bowl
- 1 c. butter
- 1 3/4 c. sifted flour
- 1/2 c. rice flour
- 1/2 c. berry sugar
MARSHMALLOW PINEAPPLE SALAD

Mix together the cream cheese, pineapple and marshmallows
- 1 8 oz. package fat free cream cheese or Neufchatel, softened
- 1 20 ox. can crushed pineapple, drained
- 3 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1 small container Cool Whip
- 1 jar maraschino cherries, drained and cut in half.
FROZEN STRAWBERRY LAYER CAKE

Combine the first 4 ingredients in saucepan and heat until sugar is melted, then simmer 15 minutes
- 1 1/2 lbs. (6 c.) sliced strawberries
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- ..
- 1 angle food cake cut into 1/4" slices
- 1 quart fat free frozen yogurt vanilla
RUM BALLS

Crush vanilla wafters. Blend wafers, sugar, cocoa, waltnuts, syrup and rum
- 1 (8 1/2 oz) box of vanilla wafers
- 1 c. icing sugar
- 2 tbsp. cocoa
- 1 c. finely ground walnuts
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1/4 c. rum
- icing sugar
MAKE OVER CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE DESSERT

Prepare brown batter according to pkg
- 1 box fudge brownie mix (8" square pan size)
- 3 c. semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 c. heavy whipping cream, divided
- 6 tbsp. cubed butter
- 3 tbsp. pure vanilla extract
- 14-16 Pirouette cookies, cut into 1 1/2" pieces
