WHITE CHOCOLATE & GINGER CHEESECAKE SUPREME

Mix the crushed ginger snaps and melted butter
- 255 grams Ginger Snaps, crushed
- 64 grams melted butter
- 255 grams white chocolate
- 370 grams cream cheese (35% fat)
- 255 grams whip cream
- 155 grams ginger, preserved and roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp. syrup from the preserved ginger
CHEESECAKE

Mix the crumbs, sugar, butter and cinnamon
- 1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. melted butter
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 12 oz. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. sugar
- pinch salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
RHUBARB CRUMBLE

Combine diced, unpeeled rhubarb, flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt and water
- 3 c. diced rhubarb
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. water
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. rolled oats
OATMEAL COOKIES

Mix oats with sugar and flour
- 3 c. rolled oats
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. melted butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/4 c. boiling water
- 1 tsp. salt
SCREAMING YELLOW ZONKERS****

Preheat oven to 250 F. Parchment line a cookie sheet and spray lightly with Pam
- 1 bag of Old Dutch Popcorn Twists
- 1/2 lb. butter not margarine
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1 tsp. baking soda
CREAM PUFFS

Bring oil and water to a boil
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. sifted flour
- pinch of salt
- 2 eggs
PASTA E FAGIOLI****

in 5 Qt. dutch oven heat oil over medium heat until hot
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 small finely chopped onion
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 large celery stalk chopped up
- 1 14 1/2 oz chicken broth
- 2 c. water
- 1 15 oz. white drained and rinsed kidney beans
- 1 14 1/2 oz. diced tomatoes
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. little pasta
ORANGE MUFFINS

Cut orange into sections and remove seeds
- 1 whole orange
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1/2 c. dried cranberries
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- pinch salt
MAKEOVER CHEESECAKE BARS

In small bowl, combine the flour, walnuts and Splenda; cut in butter until crumbly
- Filling:
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup ground walnuts
- 3 tbsp. brown sugar Splenda
- 1/4 cup cold butter
- 4 oz. reduced fat cream cheese
- 4 oz. fat free cream cheese
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. flour
- 1/4 cup egg substitute
- 2 tbsp. fat free milk
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
RUM BALLS

Crush vanilla wafers. Blend wafers, sugar, cocoa, walnuts, syrup and rum
- 1 8 1/2 oz. box of vanilla wafers
- 1 c. icing sugar
- 2 tbsp. cocoa
- 1 c. ground walnuts
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1/4 c. rum
