CHERRY CAKE

Sift flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg twice
- 1 1/3 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 eggs separated
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. halved glace cherries
DILL PICKLES****

Wash the cucumbers and place in sterile jars with the dill, mustard seed and garlic cloves
- cucumbers
- 10 c. water
- 2-3 c. vinegar
- mustard see
- garlic cloves
- dill
MOM'S CHEESECAKE

350 F Oven Mix the crumbs, sugar, butter and cinnamon
- 1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. melted butter
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 12 oz. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. sugar
- pinch salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
OATMEAL RAISIN COOKIES

In a large mixing bowl, cream shortening and sugars
- 1 cup shortening
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 cups oats
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cups chopped walnuts or chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup golden raisins

Oven 450 F Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth Fill well greased muffin tins 1/2 full Bake 10 mins Re

ALMOND ROCCA

Butt 9" pie plate. Cover bottom of pan with almonds, keep out 2 tbsp
- 3 1/2 oz. slivered almonds
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 6 oz. milk chocolate chips chopped
CRISP SHORTBREAD

Cut fairly firm butter into large pieces and place into a large bowl
- 1 c. butter
- 1 3/4 c. sifted flour
- 1/2 c. rice flour
- 1/2 c. berry sugar
CHOCOLATE DROPS

Boil for one minute - the sugr, shortening and milk
- 2 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1/2 c. milk
- 3 c. rolled oats
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- pinch salt
- 6 tbsp. cocoa
PEACH PIE

- 3 c. canned peaches
- 1/2 c. peach juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
