5 MINUTE FUDGE

Mix milk, sugar and salt in a saucepan over medium heat
- 2/3 c. undiluted evaporated milk
- 1 2/3 c. granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 c. diced marshmallows
- 1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts or raisins
HORSERADISH DEVILED EGGS

Cut eggs in half lengthwise
- 6 hard cooked eggs
- 1/4 c. mayo
- 1 - 2 tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed
- 1/4 tsp. ground mustard
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- Dash pepper
- Dash paprika
DARK HOT CHOCOLATE

- 1 c. skim milk
- 1 tbsp. dark, unsweetened cocoa powder
